Are these real flowers?
YES! All our items are crafted from real flowers, leaves, and botanicals. Since they're natural, the size, shape, and color might vary slightly, making each piece from our shop truly unique.
Will my earrings stay the same forever?
Remember, everything from nature has a life cycle and will age over time. We do use UV protectant and tint the resin on some designs to slow down color changes, but a bit of color variation over time is totally normal.
Why doesn’t my item look exactly like the picture?
We use real flowers, leaves, and botanicals, so no two pieces are exactly alike. I do my best to pick flowers that match the description, but nature has its own beautiful uniqueness. Your piece will be as close to the picture as possible, but there might be slight differences in shape and size.
What if I don’t love my order?
If you're not satisfied with your order, let's fix it! You can return or exchange it within 14 days of purchase. Just keep in mind that shipping costs aren’t covered unless the order arrived damaged. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Can I request a custom order?
YES! I’d love to create something special just for you. I might not have access to every flower out Germany, but I’m happy to work with what you have. Some customers even send me flowers from their gardens or special events. Whether they’re fresh or dried, we can get creative together! How often do you ship?
I typically ship once a week, on Fridays. It usually takes about 3-5 days to process your order.
Do you ship internationally?
YES! Shupeidesigns ships worldwide. Please note that return shipping isn’t covered for international orders. Standard shipping to EU countries takes 12-18 days with tracking (outside Germany). We also ship to other countries with full tracking and insurance.
My order says it’s delivered, but I can’t find it.
Sorry to hear that your package is missing! Sometimes, things go wrong during shipping. Insurance is included with every order, and you can file a claim after 30 days if there’s no movement towards delivery (40 days for international orders). We handle lost or stolen packages on a case-by-case basis. Regularly, these packages turn up later.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I cancel my order?
If your order has already shipped, we can’t replace it if the address was wrong. Please double-check your shipping and billing information before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us right away to correct it!
